Thank you for taking time to complete this survey on Animal Welfare as it relates to Cosmetic Surgeries for Canines and Felines. As a fellow animal advocate, I am reaching out to you for your opinion and comments about potential changes to legislation on cosmetic surgeries for domestic animals. I plan on bringing forward these suggestions to the government. Your expertise, institutional knowledge, and/or interest is invaluable as we move forward to draft the potential bill.
