Dear Neighbours,
February has been a busy month with the return to the Legislature. During the month, I met with stakeholders, listened to constituents and visited local businesses, letting me better understand issues of concern and raising them at Queen’s Park.
Other recent events to boost the spirits were the Ukraine Mega March at Nathan Phillips Square. I know the people of Etobicoke-Lakeshore were there in force to support a brave nation. Ontario will continue to stand with Ukraine and welcome those seeking refuge here. Slava Ukraini!
In addition, Tibetan-Canadians in Etobicoke-Lakeshore gathered to celebrate Losar – the Tibetan New Year. I wish all those celebrating a Happy Losar and Happy New Year. Tashi Delek!
2023 is off to a great start and I can’t wait to see the progress we will continue making here in Etobicoke-Lakeshore. |
